David Kinney
1949 – 2014

David Kinney, 64, of Madrid, died early Wednesday morning, January 29, 2014, at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston.
He was born in Middletown, CT, Nov. 29, 1949, a son of Graydon and Viola "Louise" (Perham) Kinney and graduated from Cromwell High School. Prior to moving to Madrid in 1997, he was employed at American Steel and Durham Mfg. in Connecticut.
David enjoyed watching western movies, listening and watching Elvis movies, smoking his pipe and avoiding going shopping with his sister. He loved the outdoors by fishing and both bow and black powder hunting and he especially enjoyed watching the "ladies."
He is survived by his siblings, Brian Kinney and his wife, Maureen of Cromwell, CT, Sandra Tallman and her husband, Lou of New Milton, West Virginia, and Kathleen "Ma" "Kat" Tripp of Madrid; nephews and nieces, Lucius, Tommy, and David Tallman all of West VA, Brian, Eric, and Raymond Kinney, all of CT; Tammie of Farmington and Keith "Bub" II and his companion, Sue Cochran, all of Madrid; several great unieces and nephews; He is also survived by a brother-in-law, Keith Tripp of Madrid;
The family would like to offer special thanks to Bub, Tammie, Sue, Kathleen, who all served as caregivers to David and helped make his stay at home possible and thank you to Jasmine, Damien, and Eric for being there to provide extra help when needed.

Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Wiles Remembrance Center, 137 Farmington Falls Road, Saturday, Feb. 1, from 5-7pm. Interment will be in the spring at the Dunham Cemetery, Reeds Mills Road, Madrid.
