GOODYEAR, Fred "Ted," Jr. Fred "Ted" Goodyear Jr., 60, of South Meriden, died Monday (March 14, 2011) at Masonicare Health Center.
He was the beloved husband of Sandy Perlot Goodyear. In addition to his wife Sandy and mother Eunice, he is survived by his two loving daughters and sons-in-law, Kelly and Ryan Aingworth of Wallingford, and Erica and Michael Ballas of Middletown; his granddaughter, Whitney Aingworth; his brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Mark and Mary Lou Perlot of Meriden; his cousins, Ron and Rosalin Dunn of Middletown; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother, David Goodyear; and his sister, Sharon Solek.
Ted was a true gentleman and a devoted family man. His family will receive relatives and friends in The Wallingford Funeral Home, 809 N. Main St. Ext., Wallingford, on Thursday (March 17) from 4-8 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. in The Wallingford Funeral Home. Burial will be private in West Cemetery in Cromwell.
