Teresa Ann Fucini, 85, widow of James Fucini, of Cromwell, passed away peacefully on June 8, 2026, with her loved ones by her side.

Teresa was born January 13, 1941, in Waterbury, CT, daughter of the late Anthony and Rachel (Pellicciotta) Curzio. Her brother, Anthony Curzio, predeceased her in 2019.

Teresa is survived by her children, Stephanie (Robert) Owens, Michael Fucini, and Jill Fucini; her grandchildren, Michaela and Angelina Owens and Jaime Rankins. She also leaves behind several nieces and nephews and their families, as well as many treasured friends.

A Mass will be held on Monday, June 22, 2026, at 10:00AM at Saint John's Church, Cromwell.

Alumni note: I got a call reminding me that Mrs. Fucini was an English teacher in the Junior High wing of Cromwell High School in 1964-65 school year.
