Kevin A. McKnight, 17, of 5 McDonald Ave., Cromwell, died Sunday (March 23) at Hartford Hospital. Born in Middletown, he was the son of John P. and Edith (Johnson) McKnight of Cromwell, and was a life-long Cromwell resident. He attended Cromwell schools and was a senior at Vinal Technical School in Middletown and was a member of the Bethany Lutheran Church. Besides his parents, he leaves his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Johnson of Cromwell; his paternal grandparents, John A. McKnight and Blanche Mcknight, both of Newburgh, N.Y.; three brothers, William K. McKnight, at home, John P. McKnight and Thomas W. McKnight, both of Wheaton, Md., and several aunts, uncles, nieces and cousins.
Funeral services will be at Bethany Lutheran Church
at a time to be announced. Burial will be in West Cemetery, Cromwell. In lieu of
flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to the Cromwell Fire Depart
ment Ambulance Division, or the Bethany Lutheran Church Memorial Fund.
Cromwell Funeral Home, 506 Main St. has charge of arrangements.
