After high school, I went to UConn and graduated from their school of Nursing. After working in Florida while a friend was in grad school down there I came back to Connecticut and have worked at Middlesex Hospital ever since, first as a staff nurse, then as a Clinical Co-ordinator, then back to staff nursing after my sons were born.

Ken & I met at Middlesex Hospital and were married in 1972. That is John Schukoske on the far left. He was Ken's best man. They knew each other from the Middletown ski club.

Dan was born in 1974, and has a BA in Archaeology and a MS in Geography/GIS. He works for Connecticut State Department of Safety as their GIS co-ordinator. He met his wife, Jen Abruzzi of Weston, CT, while working at The Independent Day School and they were married in 2002. Jen has her MA in Reading Education and teaches in East Granby. On April 3, 2006, they became the proud parents of fraternal twins Evan & Sam

Andy was born in 1976 and went to UConn where he met his wife, Joanna Contorno of Danbury CT. They were both in the Marching and Pep bands. He and Joanna were married in 2001. He has a BS in Biology and in Environmental Science, and a PhD in Astro/Paleo Biology from UCLA in 2006. He thesis was on developing a way of determining the age of ancient carbon based fossils with the use of a Raman Laser, to be used in finding signs and ages of life on other planets. He was teaching at UCLA and Cal State, but as of January 1st, 2008 they are living in Madison, Wisconsin where he has a Research position. Joanna works in Human Resources.
