Linda Anderson Hubbard

Linda F. (Anderson) Hubbard 57, of Old County Rd., Higganum, wife of the late Lee Hubbard, died Friday, (April 6, 2001) at Middlesex Hospital. Born in Middletown, she was the daughter of Margaret (Russel) Anderson of Cromwell and the late Carl Anderson.
Mrs. Hubbard had been employed by Conn. Valley Hospital before her retirement and was the owner
and operator of Linda's Thyme in Higganum. She was also a charter member of the Haddam Junior Women's Club.
She was a loving mother, daughter, and grandmother. Besides her mother, she is survived by her two sons, Todd Hubbard and his wife, Elita of Higganum, and Matt Hubbard of Clinton; a daughter, Melissa Hubbard of East Hampton; a brother, Norman Anderson and his wife, Ingrid of Bristol; a sister, Lois White of Cromwell; and a grandchild, Aidan Hubbard.
Memorial services will be held at the Valley Bible Church, 220 Turkey Hill Rd., Higganum, Tuesday, April 10, at 10 a.m. The Rev. Brad Chase will officiate and interment will be at the convenience of the family. Friends may call at the Doolittle Funeral Home, 14 Old Church St., Middletown, Monday, 6-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O.
